Unranked in Raid Boss

Hi today i see all my victories with my guilds and all results UNRANKED, GREE please fix the problem

We have been seeing this for months now and no one can explain why some are ranked and others are unranked.
If you ask the people in your guild to check on their systems you find they are not UNRANKED but they see others are.
It makes no sense.
