Android - Cant donate Uzis and wrong player stats

When I reinstall cc the stats are normal but after the data push the player attack and defense stats are messed up and I can't donate any uzis.

Uzis - Coming soon
Stats - Lower stats (I can only see the stats when I attack a player)

And I cant see all the weapon images from the current running ltq.

I have the latest cc version and the latest data.

Is there a way to solve this problem?

When you reinstall (on either platform), it sets you back to an old data set. Data sets determine what you can see (items gained since that data set, active events, etc.). Basically you need to wait a bit and download the current data set, then everything goes back to normal.

Thanks for your answer CJ54 but like I said I use the latest cc version and data set. When the new/current data set is updated I have to retart cc and I get the problems. I have restarted my phone still the same problem, I did a phone reset still the same problem.

I have the same problem and put a ticket in to Gree about it. I was told to uninstall and reinstall, which I did to no avail. Contacted them back and the response was something alomg the lines of "we are forwarding your issue to our engineering department. There is no time frame for you ticket fix". Lovely. Mines been like that for about 2 months. Incidentally...has anyone noticed the intro screen on Android says Crime City by Funzio but on iphone it says Crime City by Gree? Proof they don't care about Android users. And to the person that will inevitably respond saying "get an iphone"...that's not always an option for some of us and we should not be forced to buy a new phone just to play CC with no issues. This is Grees problem, not our phones problem... thought that was obvious.

Agreed King, I've sent in a few tickets and received no help. In the end they know we will continue to play no matter what until the problem leads into us not being able to participate in the wars.

I have also sent many tickets to gree about all these problems and I know of many many other Android users with these same problems, its been happening for the past 3 months but gree still likes to pretend that they have never heard of these problems before and you are the first person to send in a ticket.

Same problem w HTC EVO. Cannot donate uzis, cannot see weapons stats, cannot do case events.

Sadly this issue gets sent from a ticket to a developer and you never hear back from them again... I' ve had this issue for months now. My favorite thing is you never know what weapons you win or how much any of the prizes are worth because when you open the game all it shows is absolutely nothing same when you win a prize.
Or trying to fight someone, because when you look at their stats they are as screwed up as yours, but only on your device because others can look at your profile and tell you you have X attack and X defense.



CJ is there any hope of a solution soon?

Nice! now with the new data download (which, big surprise, didn't give me back the ability to see items, stats and uzis) all my bricks are gone!! I had more than 400 and with an amazing magic trick now I have 0! And, of course, (do I really have to say it?!) I lost the ability to collect them too. Nice touch Gree!

lol I'm in middle of transaction, dropping 70 odd UZIs (part of a 200 purchase) & my phone keeps freezing...

it's been bd before, but never this bad!

other Syndicate has dropped cash but is still 1/3 short of what they paid for...

Ive been having the same issue. put in a ticket at start of this raid boss and eventually was told it would be sent to a specialist but yet to here back. my syndicate really could use my Uzis as well. sure hope they fix this soon.

Everything seems to be jacked up for droid users....except the fact that gold is bought just the same and i am sure Gree is having no problems collecting the money from droid users either!

- All the problems you are all having are the same for all of us, as well as a few others! Such as if you look at your equipment list to purchase anything, you do not see the full list, and for me, i see zero explosives...the page is blank!

- For all those (INCLUDING GREE) who think the answer is to re-install the game, that will do a few things,
1. It will bring your bricks back (you are still gathering bricks, you just cant see them until you re-install again, but it is only for a few minutes)
2. It will also cause you to lose whatever events are currently going on!
I did so last week during the LTQ, and lost it after spending gold the first day getting to level 12 elite, only to lose the LTQ targets from the maps, meaning I could do nothing else with it! I also did not get another update until the 15th when the case event started, which is also the first day i get to buy the LTB (which means I lose a week of time others had).
3. Following the update listed as 20140114, i do now have the building, and a case event....of which i can get no cases to even open, but just like the bricks...you are getting them! So of course to PROVE MY POINT, i just did a re-install and had 64 cases to be opened! But now it is back to the way it was before where IT WILL FORCE CLOSE EVERY 30 seconds! Which is also how I spent the entire raid boss event!

Until Droid users just say the heck with giving them our time and money, or they no longer offer the game on droid format (as they did with Kindle users, where they just blame amazon)....the game WILL NOT BE A LEVEL PLAYING FIELD!!! Which i guess they do enjoy!

As for the Kindles, I have 3 accounts on them and was notified after putting a support ticket in that we were not given the syndicate tab because GREE was waiting on amazon and they "take forever", and after about a month, was then told that you guys were no longer doing updates for Kindles because "it took too long"!

That is not the problem. I have tried a dozen times to re install and let all data be pushed to the latest. Just to get stuck with the same problem. Enough space on sd card. The problem mainly is with case events and stats showing way off.

I had it worked smootly once, everything was ok again. Then a new cc version came and boom, all messed up again.
I have multi accounts, but cc only doesnt work on one device. The rest, besides the normal problems that droid user has somethings, it works smootly.
Kinda think that it has something to do with the device? to old to let in run smoothly? Android 2.2 is the minimum requirement, but it seems that that isnt correct anymore.

The issue in the first paragraph is something that I will bring up with the engineers, although that isn't something that everyone is seeing, so it is harder to pin down.

what about the lag cj? you said it was server side, then you said its fixed, then you said its old devices, then you say its raid boss particles, just wondering what the next excuse is and wether or not it will be fixed by 2020.
