Crime City Player Experience Specialist?

Are they real? I've been waiting for over a week now for a reply from one after my Syndicate was screwed out of T400.

The initial ticket response time was good (roughly two days). Any consequent re-opening of the ticket was also replied to in a timely manner. Then all of a sudden I was referred to this "Player Experience Specialist" and well.... here we are. Almost two weeks after being Screwed out of T400 and no resolution.

i wanted to write something but then it would sound horrible. player experience specialist? when the hell did gree start caring about "player experience"? here's the deal, player experienced is fkd and gree knows that better than anyone else :)
