Need help with profile pic on forum

Hello. Can someone tell me how to change my profile picture. I know how to change everything else on my profile but I want to make a profile pic. Thanks

it has to be smaller than 150 x 150

edit: go to forum actions on the tool bar<click general settings<in settings click profile picture (profile pic shows in your profile only; if you want to see it when you post something click on edit avatar)< copy and paste the URL into the bar and click save changes.
