3. If wp moving , you can start to declare .

We never fight with them in War .

top teams have been doing it for a long time. But sometimes U get longer waiting times and U will get them to smash U up anyway. I'm in no top faction, but we get top 25-50 teams to kill our streaks for many wars now.

Exactly, we matched with SUP1 after 20mins of waiting.
If you are always monitoring the leaderboard and know the top 3 declared timing to the nearest 5mins, you are still not cleared due to long match times.

This! Although it might be SUP2 or GSF or TKO (in previous events). Watching the board helps a lot but never on the final battle for any streak.
