For those of you fighting in WD for Cuba, good luck to you. Some of you might have guys not fighting for the holidays, some might not have returned yet from Christmas, and some might have had guys quit. Either way, may you reach your goals for Cuba.

We shall go on to the end. We shall fight in Cuba, we shall fight on the seas and oceans, we shall fight with growing confidence and growing strength in the air, we shall conquer this island, whatever the cost may be. We shall fight on the beaches, we shall fight on the landing grounds, we shall fight in the fields and in the streets, we shall fight in the hills; we shall never surrender.
