KD lags and sometimes crashed on my device

First it was occasionly, but now it appears more and more. Everytime when my phone needs to reconnect to the server after each fight (GW, arena, EB) and also after fusion (Sometimes as well during fusion) my phone hangs for at least 5-10 seconds. Sometimes it just says my app crashed.
When i restart my phone, they seems like i havent beeen doing things as well. Question is, how can i fix that? (Using Note 2)

On iOS and android , this game need so much free ram ,just try to close all other apps even Facebook ,tw,line everything ..

I have tried that, even a factory reset doesnt help

The last few days, I have actually had stuff diappear on me (ghostly beard hair, evil gems, only stuff to actually build armor).
I dont know whats going on, but the lag/hangs seem to delete or not give you things you what you should have.
Example:
Just today, I got all 18 ghostly beard hairs, got the achievement for getting all 18, went to the 'craft armor' through the quest 'Go' button, and all of a sudden I was 4 hairs shy of being able to craft.
This was around the time the Boss fight got over, so figured it was a glitch (pretty bad one too, by my standards).
Figured the content removal and update to new boss just glitched things.

Has happened to me more on latest a date for android. No other tasks running, my phones UI randomly crashes with it. I need to restart twice a day.

I am using a Galaxy s2 and when I enhance armors my machine freezes and I have to reboot. It doesn't always happen first time but most of the time I do it the second time it freezes.

Any advice please?

It seems to be the graphics for enhance armor. Is there a way to turn this animation or others off?

Does anyone know how often it saves the information to the server? As when the game crashes and I have to reset the phone, I lose information that I have previously had. It doesn't seem to keep it when i choose the option of quit the game as that is when you think it would.

I have stopped losing the merge but I don't want to have to reboot my phone everytime I enhance armor.
For the first week it was fine but now it is happening more and more that seems strange.

i get a lot of lag during war.. i have my lower lvl members bring down the sentinels % for the higher lvl members to score points ive waited 20 minutes sometimes waiting for things to catch up :(

For collecting gold, yes. But if you just got a reward for a tier (for example from arena or epic boss), and then you crashed... THEN you will lose something.

It has something to do with their synchronization (They sync the arena / EB results much faster than the reward or something)
