Depends if you want to focus on stats or IPH. I think that your IPH is more important at this moment, because you can get further in future LTBs when your IPH is higher.

The NC to 4 will cost you 130 million without upgrade reducers and will add 181K (without payout mods) to your IPH.
The LTB to 3 will cost you 167 million without upgrade reducers and will add 51K (without payout mods) to your IPH.

Too bad that there are people screaming before me without any analysis or argumentation. Not good for the forum imo.

Assuming there will be LTBs in the future, you will actually benefit statwise(atk/def&IPH) more in the long term by upgrading the NC.


I have the same decision. I'm taking my second NC to level 5 for 216M instead of the LTB to 5......for 320M+

I passed on upgrading LTBs in favor of my NCs. That's the best decision I've made. Both NCs are level 10 now and that means I only have to concentrate on LTBs. If you're in a somewhat competent syndicate the stats will come.

I took both my NCs from L4 to L5 and just bought the LTB, no upgrading.
So far good decision. :)

NC. If you can't get a decent unit (maybe level 5?) get the IPH boost so you can in the future.

Time isn't the issue here, that's why no one's gonna talk about it in this case

although if you're impatient/short of funds or both, you can upgrade your pagoda after you're done with your NCs

Nightclubs will boost your iph by more than anything. You can't upgrade LTBs to the max without the income to do it.

Fwiw, my opinion would be go with the LTB until you judge it will take too much of your cash reserve for the next one. When that happens upgrade a nightclub instead.

i would say get your nightclub high so your iph is good, and then save and start doing ltbs for the weapons.
