Yes cj confirmed this is where I read it but you need help from support to do it, it was apple who wouldn't allow transfer from android to iOS but now they are

I just transferred an account from Iphone to Samsung last week. Just to save you some time. Send the ticket from your new phone and make sure you include the following. Account number(found on your profile), player name, current level, and last time played. They did it in less than 24 hours.
