My account just disappeared!

My account would not load up, so after numerous tries to no avail I uninstalled and then re installed.
Surprise! I have a level 1 account. Has this happened to anyone else lately?

Literally the EXACT same thing happened to me bud. I sent a ticket on November 25th at 1:00 pm. Month later, No help from gree yet on getting my account back. Hopefully you'll have better luck getting them to transfer you.

consider it an early gift. Gree dosnt care, neither should you. Delete and move on
