Sudden change in Faction Guild increase confirm?

I just wanted to know if anyone else sees this: The 3rd guild increase bonus now says 9 Billion and the 4th Guild increase says 4 Billion, From what I remember doesnt it cost more to increase faction bonuses as you get farther down the tier?

Are you sure y'all haven't bought one of the bonuses from the third tier? That would make it more expensive than the fourth tier.

last guild increase is 60b if i can remember correct..we got all filled except last one and its 3/5 and for next guild is 24b but havenig 2 more players is alot more valuable then any attack bonus in my opinion..
