There was a splash screen telling that accounts over 15 millions attack have a drop rate other than 100%

We are aware of this specific issue and are looking into this.

I just got a splash screen for 100 defeats & 5 daily goal prize.. it's not the frozen gauss cannon. It has 120k/100k stats with I think its 20% bonus ground attack, not 100% sure though. All I can confirm is that it's not the frozen gauss cannon.

The event is clearly freaking glitched. I've killed 105 bosses...no unit and no goal completion.
Is it Gree's arrogance, incompetence or both?

Arrogance in ignoring their paying customers.
If this isn't resolved by 12 PM PT tomorrow, Monday, then I say we put on the biggest boycott in the history of the game.

This Epic Boss 100 mess up is so epically huge and catastrophic that it deserves it's own sticky note--not only here in general, but in announcements as well.

We need to know what measures are being taken and be reassured that our time and gold wasn't wasted. We also need to know if everyone who has already reached 100 bosses each needs to put in separate tickets and whether or not those who are pursuing the 100 boss goal currently should halt on boss 99 until you guys get it fixed, or go ahead and get to 100 and submit a ticket, or stop their efforts altogether because it's not gonna get fixed.

Another example of effective communication that is pretty easy to do, and if you would have done it sooner when first reported, could have saved a lot of drama and trauma, panic and anger, and at least prevented the problem from turning into the epic nightmare it has become on the front lines where everyone wonders whether they should keep going.

Please establish an official sticky note for this subject so we can refer everyone to it or post it on our faction forums... An official response on page 7 of a thread that is going to get buried by further complaints when even more people reach boss 100 is not adequate, and telling us you are working on it and have no eta is not very mind settling.

If you need further points of how to adequately address mass damage control... Feel free to pm me, I'll be happy to give you and your associates the 101.

As always, the more money you spend the less respect we get. Gree planned 2 events to run during Christmas, maybe we even wake up tomorrow to yet another 24 hour event, who knows?, but so far we have the Boss event days 6 & 7 and the current LTQ.
That brings me to the question, if there are at least 2 on going events, shouldn't they have tech guys assigned to work during the events?, regardless of the holiday. Shouldn't support plan ahead and have qualified personnel ready in case a "glitch" or some code error or data running mistake happens? Shame on you agree, shame on you.

Same here, finished 100 bosses along w 6 other members in my faction, also have killed 6/6 daily bosses so far. Luckily for me i no longer spend $$$ on gold. After i realized that my energy is only +6, and they shorted me +2, i wrote several tickets months ago, never even hearing a response. Instead of quitting, i just stopped paying them for gold. Its like tipping a ****ty waitress for mediocre food. I know a lot of players spend real cash for fake gold, but i do ok w out buying gold. Was able to do 100 bosses w no gold. I feel worse for the players that throw down real cash and consistently get bent over!

If this was the company I work for everyone's job would be on the line if there was a big screw u like this that affected our customers. We would be working around the clock to fix this until it was resolved or else. Instead it takes multiple days to even get feedback acknowledging the issue and then you postpone fixing because you are under staffed??? Not only that but the postponement levels the playing field in the upcoming war for people who did not complete the event. How.. I am speechless. If this is in fact the attitude taken towards customer service I will be asking for my money back for false advertisement and not spending anymore. I'm really not sure what is so difficult for most to comprehend here... NO ONE GOT THE UNITS.

Tardavic has acknowledged that the event is bugged and that everyone will receive the units they deserve once their staff is back in the office (on the 30th).

Programmatically, it is very easy to run a script to provide those players WHO ACTUALLY FINISHED 100 bosses with the proper reward, and additionally provide those who also have 5+ faction daily rewards with the combined grand prize.

Bottom Line is:

1.) Yet another Gree event with a massive glitch or screw up

2.) Poor acknowledgement and communication of the issue and corrective measures to be taken

3.) Angry players that need to calm down and be patient while Gree sorts their issues out (when the holidays are done). Everyone that finished the event got screwed, so there is really no net benefit or defecit for any players... You'll just need to wait a bit longer.

4.) The problem is very fixable but requires staff to do so. Not saying it is right, wrong or indifferent to have unsupported events running, but it is what it is...

This company has been very consistent in its performance, execution, development and testing of their product, as well as their customer support & PR. Most of you have primarily negative feedback, so I'm wondering why continue to do the same thing over and over knowing that it will cause you much stress and dissatisfaction. Food for thought...

While I am upset that this will not be fixed earlier because of staff being out I understand that there is no easy way to make staff come in on days they have already been agreed are OK to take off.

That aside, however, there is a much larger issue here. By delaying the fix gree IS AFFECTING THE WD event. If I had the rewards I would be at an advantage over people who did not get the rewards. Because I do not ave these rewards that I have earned I am at a disadvantage and it will be harder for myself and my faction to score as many points as we would have otherwise with our boosted stats. This means that in order to score as many points as we would otherwise we will need to spend MORE gold than we would have if we were awarded the units in the first place. By delaying the fix it causes a chain reaction which is unfair.

I expect my gold returned that I spent on killing the 100 bosses because I was promised a boost in stats before the upcoming WD event which I will not have, and will need that gold to make up for this bug. I already have a ticket in for this... #1236197 but so far have been unable to have an actual human respond to the ticket and actually address my concerns.

If you want to delay the fix, fine I understand, but make it right by showing that you actually care about your players and wont leave everyone who earned the rewards completely screwed in the upcoming WD event. Please restore my faith in your customer service as it is completely gone right now.

I know I am right, and I also know they wont return any gold or make any other fix. Why? Because I truly think they 1) think that giving the units on the 30th is an adequate fix. and 2)dont even read the tickets anyway. I just got yet another response that had nothing to do with the question I asked the support staff. If they dont care enough to make it right they should just say so... its like pulling teeth trying to get a straight answer.

I ask 'will anything be done to account for the stats difference the delay of the fix will cause during the WD event?' and I get a response back 'we will award the units on the 30th'. Please just stop beating around the bush and be honest with your customers. At least I could respect that instead of the shady business ethics.

I do not mean to be rude, it's just tough to relax when so much was spent anticipating to fight for the medals during wd. No wrapper prize or boss 100 prize already messed with people who counted on it for wd. Then during wd we don't get the medals required for the big unit because they aren't placed in the individual. The individual wins cost at least 4 vaults on its own let alone how much collectively spent trying to earn streak wins for the medals. I don't really feel like it's fair for you to tell us to relax when we've spent what we've spent only to not receive what we're told we are spending to receive.

And for the WD Cuba event, can you retroactively look at every attack, both offensive and defensive, that would have had a different outcome if the ones who had earned the Boss prizes had those stats while facing opponents who did not achieve those goals, and then adjust the points, wins, streaks and rewards accordingly?

Of course not, but the results of this error compounded by the results of not resolving it in a timely manner have a far greater impact than the eventual resolution of giving us what we earned 3 days after we needed it. Better late than never some may say, but for some of us I'm afraid it may be too little too late.

I respectfully disagree that it was not a factor. The rewards are worth around 300k in stats. For me that would have allowed for more targets in war and more points.

There is no formula to compensate customers, but any kind of compensation is better than nothing - at least to acknowledge the issue.

HOW WAS THIS NOT A FACTOR?

Imagine during war 2 players:

Player 1 (me) level 42 2.1m attack - has earned boss units that should boost attack to 2.5m attack

Player 2 (opponent) level 50 2.3m defence - has not earned boss units so defence should still be 2.3m defence

If the boss event was not all screwed up I would have a MUCH better shot at winning if the stats were 2.5 to 2.3. Instead I am left with 2.1 to 2.3 and a likely loss. Please dont try and say this does not have an affect on players. The only way it would have no affect is if EVERYONE earned the boss rewards but they DID NOT.

I am not suggesting you retroactively go back through the war and recalculate everything. I am simply suggesting an apology admitting this had an affect on your paying customer base and some form of physical compensation for your screw up... be it some of the gold back that we spent, and extra unit for the delay.... SOMETHING.

By ignoring the effect this had it shows that you either dont understand the mechanics of your own game or simply do not care.

Not sure where you come from but where I do when a company screws up in a way that costs their customers money they usually apologize and try to make up for it, or else risk losing their income. I hardly think a simple 'We're sorry those affected were at a disadvantage in the recent war' is too much of a difficulty for costing us money. Too little too late, but its just the denial (or the lack of understanding the game mechanics) that is so insulting to myself as a customer.

With both these units, my defense would have been several 100,000's stronger, making it more difficult for players who did not complete the boss event to get through my defense. By Gree not awarding people who completed the event, they disadvantaged them to players who did not complete the event.

And being in a LLP streaking faction, many of our wins are determined withing a small amount of WD points, so with my entire faction missing these units it made it that much harder to win those close battles and maintain our streaks.

This situation deserves some attention from Gree.

This situation deserves some attention from Gree.

I'm not sure what more needs to be done to get a response at the very least acknowledging the situation...

I have no idea how CJ can flat out say 'it was not a factor' when it clearly had a very large impact on the war. Not everyone earned the unit so this was not a fair solution as it impacted other events. I have sent in tickets stating this and have not gotten a response from an actual person only the 'go away' automated message saying the units will be awarded on the 30th (thankfully half true so far).

CJ you are clearly reading these posts so please at the very least acknowledge the situation. I have seen many others on here agree and my entire faction does too. We are very upset that it seems as if Gree is just covering their eyes and ears and pretending as if everything was fine when the 'fix' being implemented does not make up for the impact the delay in receiving the units had on the WD event.

I agree. The main reason I completed the 100 boss kills was to be stronger in the weekend war. Being level 227 with 7 million defense I'm not the strongest one around and need these units so I'm not a target for another team and so I can beat players that are at a higher level than me and score decent points.

The main thing that is being missed here by Gree is that we all earned and paid for the units to have in the war that just ended not after the war. We paid for the units and expected them before the war started and some type of compensation would be nice not just getting what we paid for late and after we needed them.

I won't say it again ....but it's silly to think it was not a factor ....anyway I would love to see CJ going to buy a tv in best buy ...and than get the tv a week later ....miss the Super Bowl ...and than finally when u got the package ...u open it and it's the tv stand .....no freakin tv ...

Your company needs to make this right and do something to make up for the disadvantage given to those who accomplished this task.

I would like to say thanks for finally delivering the promised units but it should not have happened in the first place. Why is it every time you add something to the game you break something else? Your QA is shocking to say the least... it smacks of "we don't care".
