As soon as the war started I tried to log into the game and have not been able to get in. Anyone else locked out?

Same here. The message is:
Kingdom Age did not load correctly. Please try again or contact customer support for help.

When you do the KA update, you will be able to get in the game again!

We're working on this right now and will have this fixed ASAP.

Right now though, it is only affecting people on 2.2. If you upgrade real quick, it should stop happening (if you upgrade and it doesn't stop happening, please let me know).

OK - Send the message to support then update seems to fix it for all of ours

CJ - He sent a message and I deleted & reinstalled - seems to have fixed it. Sorry for slow reply, but busy bashing our opponents :-)

Totally understandable, and thank you for the follow-up :)

So we found the cause of the issue, and we'll be pushing a force update (that means people on earlier than current version will get a message to update the game when they try to log on). Everyone who is already on 2.2.1 shouldn't have any problems or have any further interruptions from this.

Different issue, but probably same trigger. We'll have that back up in a few.
