PVP Rankings or Levels

Can anyone tell me what the requirements and rewards are for gaining ranks from PVP battles. I hear people in my faction talking about earning "General" rank, and I've been promoted a few times, but what's the threshold? Much appreciated!

Go to your Rivals Screen

It defaults to Rivals but there is another tab called "rankings"

Click on that and it will provide you with all the information your looking for.

Thanks to you both. I got momentarily frustrated when I didn't see the rankings tab...but then I realized I was playing KA and had to switch to MW. Whoops!
