View Full Version : Does the support email work anymore?

Ive been waiting 24 days for my account recovery and I'm certain that either they are ignoring/blocking my emails, or somehow are not receiving them at all. I have sent many emails to them with all the info they could possibly want, and perhaps this is why I can't send anymore. I had thought maybe they were extremely understaffed, but I'm still seeing people get recovered in a few days.
Is there anyanym other method of getting my account back? Should I send from another email and provide my case number? I'm looking for an answer from a mod or admin if possible, I have been left no choice but to come here. I can provide all info for new and old account, as well as some screenshots. I just need to get this info to someone who can push the proper buttons.
I'd be curious to know other peoples recent experiences with this. Thanks

Support emails can take anything from 1 hour to 2 weeks (or more) to be resolved.

I received a reply already around 3 days after the original email that asked for me to verify myself. I sent numerous emails containing stuff since, but have never received another reply. On top of that, a moderator informed me that they hadn't received a reply from me. This is why I think it broke somewhere.

I don't think so, I've been sending them email after email and no responses, not even the generic response. I would appreciate even one of those, at least I would know they are getting them.
Makes me feel they have either blocked your email or just flat out ignoring them.

I believe the support feature is working as intended.
It doesn't appear to be working correctly for me,normally within a day,but not had nothing for ages,I was actually going to post about this.

My last ticket was one week to get an auto reply, then about 4 more days to resolve the problem.
With the holidays, I wouldn't expect better right now.

Wow. I'm at a loss then. I have to assume they are ignoring me for flooding them or just out of spite for my persistance.
I have sent pm's to mods, and posted multiple times on the forum, so I can rule out an issue with the email system. I'm sure there have been way worse support clients than me. I'm in no way rude to them.
I just want someone in charge to acknowledge my issue.

I just noticed they have closed my thread I started about being locked out of the game.
I finally got an email from gree saying that my game should be fixed but it's not, still trying to make me start all over and now I can't get them to reply again. Come on gree, please help us get our accounts back.
