From what I've heard it's basically just an Epic Boss but for the whole faction. Everyone has to do a certain amount of damage to get the reward.

DTA HOGG, you should be able to obtain the folders from doing pretty much any aspect of the game like the current LTE as an example, or attacking or raiding.

The drop rate is anyones guess and could be horrendously low. If not this time then next time.

The raid boss tokens will cost 5 gold per token and you will need about 3,000+ to get any reasonable distance in the raid boss.

While you should see them drop, you won't know how many (if any) you have until you go to the faction and try and donate them. Its at that time you will be able to see how many you hold.

I would personally not look for them at all just yet. They will come with your usual event activity for now.

If you collect them then just hold onto them until you see the token donation area active.

In fact there is no rush to donate them anyway, they can be donated at any stage even during the raid boss event itself.

Also, I suspect it will ONLY be OFFICERS that can summons and not just anyone.

Best to do something like they do here for the boss so you can sync the bosses in the different modes of EASY, NORMAL and ELITE. Bosses will be available for you to summons from a weak level 5 up to a monster level 100. The various progression levels will require a certain level boss to be killed and possible several at that level. To sync you might have the same boss needed to be killed at say level 10 EASY mode as is required at say level 1 NORMAL mode. Similarly and as an example only, level 5 NORMAL mode may be the same as LEVEL 1 ELITE mode. So to be efficient you would always since them.

Rewards are given faction-wide on beating a certain number of bosses and also for a certain level of participation every boss killed, but only if you participated on THAT particular boss. It won't be that dissimilar to the way the rewards are handed out in the current boss except if you don't participate in a particular boss you do not qualify for a possible common/uncommon/rare, but you will still receive the faction-wide reward.

There may be a Raid boss history that is part of it so leaders can keep excellent track of activity through each boss and for the entire event.

5gold is at least the amount you have to spend at crime City. too much.
