I sent gree an email 2 days ago to have my account transferred from my broken phone to my new one. I tried using my funzio id but it said that my account was already on my new phone which is wierd because when I loaded cc it prompted me to create a new account. This is really irritating because they are usually pretty fast at getting accounts transferred and I have yet to get an email regarding my problem.
