Everyone plays the game differently. I know Dreno is a player who is in a very similar situation to the player you described. He has been playing since the beginning...is a free player and just camps...upgrading his LE buildings...and thats it. He has joined a couple of wars as a wall hitter but thats pretty much the sum of it.

Ive not reported him as yet just wanted to see what ppl thought. I know there are some propper campers out there but never seen anything like this

Its very much possible depending on the player and their objective in the game..

I have seen a level 27 with 700k stats and about 15 allies. :)

If you're trying to eventually get to top 100 faction, be ready for it. When i was in a top 400 faction, up to 6 weeks ago, we rarely ran into it.

Now I'm in a faction that starts top 75-100 first 2 days and then top 100-150 last 2 days, and those accounts are now the norm. Get used to level 45 players with 6mil defense. And so, at a normal level for a real player, you're f-ed. Level 160 at 3mil and you're A) losing to the 45 with 6 mil, or beating their "Mini" account that's level 26 at 2mil for a whopping 180 WDP. They however with their non-playing account get 600-800+ easy beating your level 161.

To be honest, if I wasn't in a great faction, I'd have quit by now. We went 4-50 (that's 4 wins out of 54 games), and came in 163rd place if I remember right. 6 out of 7 games I'm just cannon fodder for a PA on the DL or hitting the CC.

Stat creep and post-level 151 penalties really have ruined the game.

Yes it possible....especially when you have active faction that shelter the "mini" accounts
