As the time for collecting uzzies is very short does anyone know what is the best target where the drop rate is high?

it takes 21,280 energy to complete the executive, I would hope you would get 1 after that.

no best job, they pop out so randomly and sometimes about 1 minute after you have actually done the job!

That doesn't make sense to me. During LTQs everyone is doing jobs. To maximize gold use, they should decrease drop rate during LTQ and increase it rest of the time.
