Where's the Shark Tank again?

Judging from this past Syndicate Wars and all the great teams out there with various stacked members, what's your take on where it begins now? No need for polls or things of that nature, I just want you opinion on the topic. I encountered a lvl 14 with over 2 mil in defense today so my guess is around the neighborhood of level 2 perhaps. I couldn't even touch him at my level of 55, lol.

Well I've just hit level 244 and I believe I've entered the Shark Tank, the original Shark Tank

The level 14 with 2mil is strong, but that isn't what makes the shark tank.
The thing with the shark tank is it's deadly. You encounter very strong players all day. You leave your buildings uncollected for 5 minutes, there robbed. You will be fully attacked every 2 hours. It's a relentless attack and robbery frenzy up there. I believe bill is right and it's about 244/245

lol @ deadly .. getting attacked/robbed is deadly? i love getting attacked/robbed .. i'm level 224 .. inviting everyone to attack/rob me .. please do so. i need some action, it is boring if there's nobody to say "hello" in your hood :p

its a very different world from top to bottom, my mini account gets attacked/robbed maybe twice a day when no events are on and wins around 95% of attacks with 975k stats but my main account at 250 with 2.5mil stats gets hit constantly as mentioned above and if any decent building is up for more than 5/10 minutes it gets hit. at this level its very rare that low payout buildings get hit as people at this point can't be bothered with winning $500 for an attack, they would rather shop around for something more worthwhile.

I've just got to lvl 242 and have been hit by a couple of lvl 250s so could it be here?

i was told that once you got to level 201 you could see every one up to 250 and they could see you ?

My definition of the shark tank, is a little different then that...Not only is in when the average players stats take a jump higher, but also when the majority of people in your rivals list no longer care about xp gain and will rob you over and over again if you don't collect on time or don't bank. I've been at level 250 for a long time now, but my guess is somewhere around 240 the shark tank would begin.

The shark tank use to be lvl 225 - 250 but now it's 241-250

You are constantly in a state of being in a shark tank with a desirable IPH, now that new accounts can pass your stats within a week.

I can confirm. I am 241 and just within the past hour I can now see people under lvl 100 on my rival list of their stats are near mine.

Watch out, you can get banned for posting pictures of cheaters. That level 225 specifically.

no change in rivals player other than rivals near my level i am level 137 but i can only see rivals of level 136 & 137 have updated version and data as well my another friend on lvl 143 can find all level rivals dont know the exact reason....if someone is sure please confirm thanks...

really? wow, i'd love to see all levels above mine .. i'm on 224 and really wish i could see rivals from 224 to 250 :)

so im level 96 and im now getting robbed and attacked by level 250s. so when do I get to beat up level 50s. :)

My Junior at lvl 153 can now see anything from 60 - 250, but they now all have very similar stats to me. I think some of those campers I robbed earlier are now in for a shock, most probaly find they only got robbed once in a blue moon in the past! :)

One of my members started a second account, yesterday. He is at level 6 and is reporting that he's seeing rivals up to level 200+.

i wish i was able to see top 250 .. oh well .. find some high level low stat players and beat the heck out of them .. would be fun to see em crying and moaning :D

havent seen any change yet in my rival list still same meanwhile my friend can rob any one from his rival list l...why its only with some player and others dont have....i really need this want to rob...lol....gree fix it fast....if u have made any change in game....
