Mods please help

I cant see the individual part of the battle. I have over 30 wins with my mini, and haven't received any prizes yet. My team has 8 wins, and I also haven't gotten prizes for the wins. I cant see the new building either. Code337-648-186

Just checked google play. There is no update available, says im current. But still don't see individual and not receiving prizes for either team wins or individual wins.

Went to funzio about. Says 20131211_10...says updating. Maybe that will help.

Ok, that's a different thing. When you update through Google Play, you update the Version and/or Build. The datasets go out way more frequently, and if you're missing an event, 99% of the time it's because you need the new dataset. Go to Menu > More > About and I bet you it says "updating..." at the bottom. Make sure you're somewhere the internet doesn't suck, and leave the game open until you get a pop up that asks you to restart. Usually it's just a few minutes, but it could be longer depending on your connection. Do some PvP or PvE, do a dance, pet a cat.

So, still saying update after over an hour. I have a newer phone, so I don't think that's the problem. Any particular reason it would take this long to update? I also have good internet connection.

Did you leave the game open the whole time? Usually it's just due to internet - you might try restarting your device and trying again?

i have the same issue, samsung s2 is the phone model

read the instructions here and it does say "updating" but it's been 30 minutes already

gonna restart the phone alltogether and start the updating again

Restarted phone, updating with game open for 45 more minutes, and still nothing.

after restarting the game has been open since ~my last reply on forums... still no invidual quests.

any other advices? or should we try contacting the customer support ingame...

and my internet should work just fine on the phone...

Test another wifi source and/or 3g/4g instead. Also make sure you have available storage on your phone, it wouldn't update for me when I only had 750 MB left, but with 2 GB it updated fast. Galaxy S3.

visit different hoods .. attack/rob some rivals .. all of that helps sometimes. when i get that "updating" thing, i just visit some hoods and attack/rob and the backlight suddenly goes dim saying "new dataset downloaded, would you like to restart the app" .. try that, won't harm :)

Tested my 4G, another wifi, and made more storage. Still says updating after another hour. I get syndicate prizes for goals, but still cant see individual goals or receive the prizes.
