Exponentially Decrease # of Sticked Threads?

Im honestly surprised people want "Things i wish i knew when i was a noob" unstickied. I like to help the newer people out and always refer them to that thread and the FAQ thread. The armor research thread however is unnecessary as well as limited time quests/epic boss/other crap that you would see the second you turn on your game

consolidate and remove the duplicates, that would drastically decrease the numbers. Just put links to the older ones in one new and improved thread. I'm ok with epic boss and collection threads IF they are removed in a timely manner. The posting guidelines and information safety could be put somewhere else instead of sticky threads. Maybe -gasp- links in a FAQ?
