GREE: Mods Help!!!! I Never Received My Weapon for Finishing the LTQ/SLTQ

I finished the ltq and sltq before 3 pm pst but I never received the fnal prize!!!

I got the super carand Sorra's Surprise, but not the Syndicate Runner 130/170k with 25% Defense from cars. Help???

It's just so wrong that I have spent thousands into this game and there's always a problem. I'm sure that's why alot of people are leaving. This is probably my last war if I don't get my syndicate car. Finishing LTQ and SLTQ plus got nothing to show for it. Gree at it's best!!!

It takes them 1-2 weeks for an answer... Why does it take that long? Emailing takes 5 mins max

Hmm in the same boat as you guys. Got the rewards.from finishing both ltq and Sltq but not the reward for both combined.... Glitch? Of course... Will probably get it in a few week at best :(

I have same problem. They took my gold right away so I could finish but never gave me prizes for individuals or combined

I recently realized that I never receive any items from events. I started right before the Carver event and never got anything from it. I just finished our first battle. Everyone got a car dice accessory except me. I have participated in everything between Carver til now and have never received a single item. I never even found a single casino chip box. My stats are much lower than they should be because I have all lame store bought gear. If possible I would like all the gear I should have received and I wish to be able to collect the gear I will also win in the future. If this is not possible please let me know so I can just stop playing this account.

We have. But still wanted to prize with mod for this battle. It's more than one person obviously. My main account received the prize but not my mini.

Also any update on the Raid Boss Event glitch you said you were looking into?

I finally got a reply to my ticket but no help was offered. Told me to update and uninstall the game and wished me luck in future events. I've done all that and If I haven't received anything from past events I doubt I'll win any next time. Can someone just look at my account and fix the issue? I want my gear that I earned.

I want my gear that I earned.Sounds like you don't get the data pushes. If you press "about" in the cc menu does it say "updating"? Hard exit CC a few times, make sure you have free ram and storage space on your phone and a good stable wifi connection.

I wrote support and My ticket was already closed... I spent 900 gold and was one click away from competing the ltq and the game forced closed and kicked me out, then it wouldnt let me back in the game till after the event had finished.

Basicly i got screwed out of 2 huge prizes and when i write gree, they said

I wasnt writing about the SLTQ, i wrote because im missing the LTQ prize and combined SLTQ and LTQ prize...

They didn't give you an explaination? I submitted a ticket for missing loot on the 24 hour Ltq and it just got assigned, I am worried that I am going to not get my gear after I spent gold to get it.
