Syndicate completed LTQ but I didn't receive prize

My syndicate completed the 24 SLTQ, but I didn't receive the last prize.
I also finished the individual LTQ, but I didn't get the prize for finishing both LTQs.

I sent a support request to Gree 9 hours ago but still no response, how long does this usually take?
Can a mod respond please?
