Just began level 6 of the Syndicate Fallen Weapons Special 24 hour LTQ, when suddenly the Stolen Uzis began to drop. Let the games begin...

I'm sorta new to the game and I'm getting stolen Uzis what does this mean?

The Stolen Uzis that drop as you do jobs in the districts are collected by your player in the same way that you collect the weapons and rewards that are dropped. They do not become part of your active inventory, but are to be donated to your syndicate's bank ~ if you are a member of a syndicate. The syndicate members will collect as many of these Stolen Uzis as possible over the next few weeks, to be used during the next syndicate Raid Boss Event. If you have not joined or choose not to join a syndicate, the Stolen Uzis will never come in to play for you and won't effect your game play at all. Any unused Uzis disappear at the conclusion of the Raid Boss Event.

Its not worse for me... its the same crap drop rate i was getting last cycle. Just finished my 100th job since they started and have a total of 4 uzis... lol.

It appears lower levels get better drop rates. Anyone else notice this?
