"error! Failed to load area [user]'s base"

Is this some kind of glitch people use to disallow people from visiting their base and raiding their buildings? A guy raided me 5 minutes ago, I tried to go back to his base just to check out his stats, and got this error. I've gotten it before as well. Why wouldn't I be allowed to visit someone's base? I've tried closing the app and retrying, no luck.

Email support and ask them about their VIP program. Very expensive to maintain, but you do get a few perks.

Also, you play with a droid, and certain players can't be raided by droid. ;)

Serious on both counts. Actually, you can't email support to join. They will contact you.

It's just a comunnication problem, retry till you can travel to that base, happens a lot to me.

I have the same problem when trying to load the base of a certain Knightshadow. level 186 and 497 allies... Have tried to load his base dozens of times in the last month's...

I've been encountering this issue for almost half a year now. Also tickets were made for this issue.
Certain players i can only attack but not raid. Esspecially in the Faction vs Faction times it was annoying.
