There is a lot of talk on these forums about SUP having 'deep pockets', 'ruining the game', 'funding Gree', but what i really want to know is how much money or gold are we talking?

I know Ferr supposedly 'invested' $250,000 into these game, but i was wondering how much do members from SUP have to spend each war.

Please will someone be kind enough to satisfy my curiosity.

We have done the analysis before:

$2000 gets you 25 Vaults if you Purchase during 20% off sale

Thats 37,500 Gold + 50,000 Bonus Gold

Assume that a medpack gets you 1000 Points for every 25 gold bars.
Assume that 1 million points is the Minimum points needed

Thats 25,000+ Gold in order to reach the min required.
Most also probably spend about 10,000+ between Events.

Now thats not a completely accurate analysis as you need to spend to have the stats to even join SUP which will be expensive but it give you an idea of 1k every 3 weeks.

Red what each person spends on the game is their own choice and business. You can probably assume that some have spent more than ferr, and some less. The amount spent on the actuall wd is pretty easy to calculate from the total points, and having a basic of of what point averages are. Nothing to hide, but it's not my business to say what our members might be spending. As mentioned above it's probably more than most think is prudent to spend on a game. I don't think anyone would disagree with that. Ive spent huge sums on my motorcycle racing, so in a way this is better. I'm not going to get killed or hurt tapping in this game.

I agree that what one does with their own money is none of anyone's business aside from their family. I personally wipe my ars with 100$ bills. The new blue ones are so soft like charmin with Aloe. At least I get some personal satisfaction out of my money I used to buy vaults with. My butt tanks gree for the tanksgiving shafting. It's never been so clean.

Its funny you all think they spend money.....you might want to think differently I am sure about 40% spend real money but it was brought to attention a lot or a few use other methods....and yes all you sup flamers there is proof and its has been sent to customer support were they will dump it in the trash just because the name on there is SUP.

I think its a pretty interesting question and if ya think about it... What these guys are spending really isn't that much. There is 60 of them all on the same page. It's not like 1 man's pockets are going against 60 men's pockets. That's just stupid. (Sorry Ferr)

I also heard Sup1 is 1mil points min. The less you score the lower you are demoted. It make sense. They seem to be a well organized group.

How did you get to decide what is too much?

$100, $1000, $10,000?

Leave it up to us we are all adults. People spend what they can afford, unless of course they are daft enough to borrow money to fund their game.

The maths is not hard to work out - Thief made a good fist of it.

The reason you won't have SUP players putting up specifics is that we would come across as right jackasses saying "I spent such and such $$$$$".

Believe it or not SUP players have more humility than you might credit.
