I had to do a factory reset and lost cc..Please tell me there is a way to get it back

send gree a ticket with your character name, level and 9 digit code.

Yes, but you have to deal with Gree's support. You should be happy if you get it back this year.

Ingame you go to menu / more / help / contact support
Write down your issue and press post
Your default email will then open with all details filled
Hit send

Rouge Assasin is right, you will get response in 4-5 days saying: "..your ticket has been closed, are you still having issues? If so - pissoff or try your luck again" or something like that nature lmao

I had the same issue, while doing an upgrade I lost my account. I reinstalled CC and became an Alex at level 1. I emailed support and 2 days later had my account back just like I lost it. Sure it was a tough two days, but it all worked out in the end. It was my fault that it happened and they fixed me completly, the only email I got back was that they had restored my account and to let them know if I had further issues, I was pretty happy all and all.
