Not always at the start. Being #1 at the end is the only thing that matters.

Lol i like what he did, don't hate him. Usually being in first in the beginning means you will be pushing your hardest, but RR has people that could get mile high club x2.... People that are willing to spend 10k gems on one war go ahead...
