You can earn up to 4 infantry medals from the cold Front Limited Time Mission event.

How you get the other 12? Not sure? Attack?

I suspect there are 16 'events':
ILTQ normal: 1
ILTQ prestige: 1
Each boss goal: 7x1
etc.

Event finishes the other event starts there is 16 events.. Final unit 330k/260k infantry with 30% infantry attack.

I believe your on the right track. I think that each event during Cuba needs to be completed to get the medals (although not to say even all of them need to be completed but completed X amount?) This will include WD event as well based on the coundown clock.
