No Longer in my faction

During a wd battle after I logged off and logged back into modern war I was no longer in my faction. I didn't leave the faction or did the leader remove me. Has this happened to anyone? Any suggestions? This is messed up gree.

You can't be removed during war so must be a glitch, sure you can guess what admins will say...

The same thing happened to me also around that time. I have submitted a ticket but have not heard back.

And u probably won't hear back. 4 days ago I sent in a ticket about not getting a unit which I should have and I asked Sirius to push it along and still nothing. At this point I don't even expect to hear back

That **** happened to me a couple wars ago. Took almost a week for gree to get my rightly deserved units to me but never offered a reason why this happened. Just hope you have screen shots of yourself in the faction during this war. Or at least someone in yoir faction has some pics so mention to them to check before they start deleting!

It's hilarious gree tries to pump all this propaganda about nominating outstanding players for an award.... How about having the decency to reply to a gold spending member who was taken out if his faction due to a glitch in Gree's systems. During WD factions are locked so what's the explanation gree. At this point even a "we don't know why it happens" would be better than ignoring people!

Yup, happened to me too & i got sme BS reply from gree saying i cant join or leave my faction once a WD event starts but thts BS because i damn sure was removed & cldnt rejoin. I responded agn and told them i want my gold tht i used on the WD event refunded because not only was i kicked out of my faction wrongly but i didnt get any of the units my faction won & i completely wasted over 2 vaults friday & saturday until i was kicked out. VERY frustrating & gree's horrible and neglectful customer service isnt helping matters any!

So yes, i feel ur pain & know exactly wht u are going thru & its complete BS!!!!

Mddlefnger215 did gree atleast give you the rewards your faction earned? I sent in a few tickets so far about this issue and I got the same responce you did. I asked for a gold refund or the faction prizes and still haven't heard back for a few days. This is messed up

Nothing yet SRG! After i got their generic respond i replied and complained sme more and explained what happened again because it seemed like the idiot CS rep had no clue as to wht i was talking about, and i got another response back abt a day later saying he was sorry abt wht happened and escalated my ticket to their development team, but he complete ignored my request for my gold to be refunded or to be issued the units my faction earned. So i them replied again & have yet to hear anything back yet.

Ok thanks Mddlefnger215 keep me posted if you don't mind and I will do the same. A few of the guys in my faction sent tickets in complaining on the issue and each one is getting different exuses from gree. Hopefully they fix this matter soon but I doubt we get our gold refunded.

This happened to me a couple of wars ago as well. It took about a week, but Gree did finally award me the units that I should have won. No refund on the gold though....
