Since the game was last updated, I have not been able to play. Whenever I try to enter the game, it's just a blackscreen rather than the regular loading screen. There is a guild war coming up and I am also 1 fight away from the epic boss armour. Is this an issue with iPhones? Crime City recently had one that was iPhone specific. Please fix this! I am a guild master and do not want my guild to think I am just not in attendance.

Have you tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the game...? That usually fixes most app issues.

Sounds like a noob question, but if I do that, wont my character be gone? It's saved to nothing but the game.

Leave the black screen up for awhile, it will eventually work, I promise. Happened to a guildy.

Mine took a solid 30-45 seconds to boot back up. Just long enough for you to break outin a cold sweat.

Ok so I uninstalled and reinstalled... Character gone. I was level 177. I am uninstalling any Gree game that I have, I'm tired of this bulls**t happening over and over.

Edit: Just got out and tried to re-enter... black screen again for so long that my phone turned off. This is obviously a compatibility issue.

Can someone tell my Guild (Enlightened Knights) if any of you are on here, Katherine will no longer be able to take part.

he is speaking the truth, for all we know, Gree is partnered with phone company and the money you use to buy a new phone goes to gree.

Lulz. Nexus pushed by Google. Google owns play store. App developers have to pay a % of profits made through play store to Google.

DK Tommy keeps getting his score reset and having to ask people what they see his score as. He is posting screens of what he sees vs what others can see ....this arena the scores are obviously buggy as all get out.

Tommy now down to 3rd and lost a bunch of pts and probably too late to get Gree to fix this bug.

Blaming people's phones for Gree's bug to me sounds nuts. Your score should not reset to zero twice now when the battery dies.

DK Tommy has screens showing wrong scores, but contacting Gree takes time. All those gems he spent to get first and now 3rd just wrong. ...just saying for anyone else thinking about gemming their way to the top...beware, this is buggy is your phone battery dies.

I stopped spending gems due to the score bug as well. Was top 50 gonna push top 10 and said **** it. Way too buggy and a loss on my side.

While they should not have lost their account from a delete and re-download of the game I can understand the above bug, though not in arena. I suspect to allow for poor connections/ lag/ disconnects that a certain amount of the game is stored on the phone before being pushed to Gree. This is why you sometimes get armour backlogs (where you can craft more but it will not be in your inventory until you get the pop-up). I often run my battery dry and if I do this I can lose 5-10 minutes of data from the game. For example the first or second time I beat the Dark Prince I did so with under a hundred hit points remaining only to have the phone die. When I rebooted the phone I was at the start of the level (with the blinking image over the area to show an area in progress) with the same amount of hit points I had when I completed it, two knights dead and no gem in my armour inventory. However, when my connection is weak I cannot connect to arena, guild wars or the guild screen at all so I assumed that it was server based. While I do not doubt he lost his points I doubt it was the battery issue for this reason, I think its just a general glitch with the new patch as several people have complained about it.
