i sent a ticket in 3 hours ago, ticket # 1174857. our syndicate didn't get credit for level 100 boss on level 22/27 of event. i sent screen caps with proof and have more if needed.
we cannot continue with event until this gets resolved. the longer gree drags their ass in fixing this, the further behind we will be.

this is *ucking unacceptable. if it takes much longer to resolve, we will not be able to complete the event.

Ous syndicate is having the same issue. This does not seem random. I will put in a support ticket and post it here as well

it tells u all , we posted everything there , just because the demand of picture resolution is different and i had to adjust size and all , not everyone is good in doing tht , doesnt mean we r cheats

i understand how u feel bud , for us its over 16 hours !! this is just insane , they have no phone number, nothing !! just a way to reach is email or forum , email takes 2 -7 days at times , forum was our best option !! guess what , i think we r wrong !!

Guys, the forums are not the place to follow up on tickets. You can always re-reply to a ticket to ask for the current status.
