Raid Boss glitch happened twice at Elite goal 27/27!!

Please help us, my syndicate- the Brewskis. We have already done more than enough damages to end the boss but boss is just stuck there with empty hp until time is up & she escapes. What really makes this bad is we were on level 27 of elite goal and on 8 of 10 bosses and ready to finish this event. And about 2hrs ago, same glitch happened again! We are at 7 out of 10 bosses this time round! So not only was our streak destroyed but we lost out on 1700 uzis and lots of gold.

Can you please resolve this issue asap? We should have already completed this elite boss event by now as we have already killed 17x lvl 100 boss for the last stage of Elite goal. And also refund the excessive gold & Uzis that was used due to this bug. The Brewskis would appreciate help as soon as possible. We hv already submitted tickets since yesterday. I urge Gree to resolve this issue urgently.

Oh, past few glitches like that at one of top syns - in aftermath bunch of players were listened to by iTunes and got several months worth of spenditures refunded with disclaimer 'spend at your own risk'... Maybe Brewskis will wakeup too

The exact same thing happened to Soa last raid boss, gree refused to do what was right, we had screen shots and video proof, we then finished another two to complete the goal. Sent emails back and forth and gree refused to do what was right. Gree you still owe me the prize, a&f u need to make this right for this syndicate and Soa for the last raid boss.

A&F you realize that players spend real money on this game right? Step out of the test environment for a moment and understand this syndicate just spent about 60% more to acquire the same prize as everyone else. This was because of a glitch in Crime City.

Brewski's - A&F just foreshadowed the response/resolution from support. I hope you wrote your ticket in crayon and used illustrations. Good luck....you'll need it.

btw contact itunes or google store (they will refund you the gold , just keep pictures that it was a glitch in the game as a proof )

It wasn't fair when the whole Shadowland used gold for 50 wins and the first one didn't count!!! They should give us our 50 wins prize or gold back!!!

Our boss shows it went only to half way according to the green meter however if you go into the leader board for that specific battle you will see we collectively used OVER 20% extra for that boss

Also, if you look at leader board and the stats of our top 4 players for that boss you will see it is impossible to score the damage dealt without using gold.

We have a no count boss
73MIL+ wasted damage that should be applied to next boss
Gold use w/o refund
2 hours of event wasted

Can we PLEASE escalate this matter as we are not the only synd this is happening to.

I must also not that this is NOT "trolling". I am giving specifics for you, Gree, to look into and assess the issue immediately.

Every answer is they are looking into it.

Again we are carrying on the event.. moving forward but each time this happens we lose approx 1.5 to 2 hours on the event. We are continuing to spend some gold and I would hate to see all we invested go to waste getting more frozen bosses for our synd as well as the others who are mentioning it happening.

You guys should already know this event is a toss up, as any other event. Who knows if gree pre plans these "glitches/errors", no one on here can really tell.

I'd think of that too.. when i opened to try one of the offered glitches in youtube before you can install it you have to take a surveys offer a product of different brand and categories which also been offered in tapjoy free gold of gree from then i started being suspicious that those hackers are also from same company anyway ...who will know the secret key of the house if not one from that house also....so the best is stop spending gold ...and dont even support this recent banking system because gree raise the max amount on attacking rivals..better to loose 10million from rival than to give it back to greeeeed

I know there are many synds with the issue.
We don't want to flood with 60 tickets so seeing it is a game-wide issue we feel it should be addressed in the forums.
Again, trying to see what actions are being taken and any information on the progress of this issue.
it has been posted you are looking into the issue but nothing has been posted in almost 4 days about the assessment thus far.

We can give more specifics but one of ours has been clearly outlined in this thread.

ive got the raid boss icon on the screen but it doesnt get the icon when i can attack and when i go intor to it to see if anyone else is attacking it says no active fights but there is fights going on in my syndicate then ill get the msg saysing that they were beaten and i didnt rdo any damge so i dont get a reward whats going on please help
