We were on a streak at level 27 of elite, got to 8/10 and were on 9 before the game screwed up. We couldn't finish 9 so lost the streak.
We started again and got to 7 before the same thing happened. People couldn't make hits, the only thing that worked was the clock which ticked on until the boss escaped.
Tickets sent to Gree get met with the usual useless auto response.
People have spent real money buying gold to use on this event.
Yet more incompetence from Gree.
Gree you are a company, we are your paying customers. We expect a game that works and if there are any problems for these to be resolved and complaints to be responded to. That is how you run a company, it's quite simple really.
