GREE purposely took away the individual reward promised AKA STEALING!

As many of you have noticed you DID NOT receive the individual reward for the last war. I know some of you bought and spent extra gems just to get a better prize just like I did. I sent in a ticket to GREE and they said this.

I think my whole guild got our individual stuff (SB) it sounds to me like support thinks you're talking about how the +4 buildings upgrade was changed.

Keep in mind, in my case this was only a 6% beast attack bonus. 6% would screw up the game but the 25% beast attack reward offered in the current quest won't? What are they talking about? What they did was dangle a carrot in front of us so we would spend even more money, then didn't even give us the virtual prize which costs them nothing in return as promised. This is not only wrong but it is blatant stealing.

I realize GREE is going to remove my post but this still needs to be said. According to iTunes, the money spent on the virtual in game purchase can be refunded if we did not get the item we spent the money for. There may be a grey area since it also helped the guild cause, but in my case our top 10 position was already secured and the extra gems I spent were only to achieve a better individual reward at the end.

GREE is going to continue to take advantage of us and even steal real life money from us if we don't let them know that this is not right, and it is not acceptable. If we all contacted iTunes today for a refund they would see this is a legit issue, and when GREE had thousands of dollars in refunds I bet they would think twice before stealing from their customers again. GREE essentially sold you something and then deciding NOT to give you the item AFTER you already paid for it. This is immoral and I urge you to stand up for yourself.

I hope Sirius and CJ let this post stand, I guess if it doesn't it just points to their guilt. Shame on you GREE, why would you rip off the people that are supporting your company?? Please give us some answers AND some refunds!

Ur absolutely correct. But you should know by now that gree is only doing this for the cash they get, not for the satisfaction of their customers. Gree f*** up most times :(

That is almost as the issue I sent ticket for using gems for refills n not getting 4 hits but 2-3....their replied was that they were fully aware but because it only affected .005% of players they would not do anything nor reimburse anything. So I ended up being ripped off of my gems usage n my money invested...
When are we going to say enough of this ripping us off of our real $$ invested??

Yeah, that is the case, there was confusion about what you meant.

All the individual rewards should be awarded already; sometimes you need to close and reopen the app to see them.

By "see them", are you referring to seeing the rewards in your inventory or the splash screen that tells you where you and your guild finished and the total rewards?

The day after the war finished, I closed and reopened the app a couple of dozen times. Not just via home button, either - fully closing the app. Even restarted the phone a couple of times.

Never got the splash screen showing the rewards. I do, however, think I found the individual reward in my inventory.

i had splashscreens for maybe 3 of the wars, and i fought in all of them.

I didn't get a splash screen but I did get my individual reward, use this list to check your inventory to find the unit:

I got it now. I deleted and reinstalled and it was there with an additional 200k attack. Thanks! Sorry I was having a rough day when I posted that! LOL

I got toron blade master for top 700 prize and there is no bonus attached to it; just the unit in my inventory. Tickets sent in
