I´ve gotten a few questions about our requirements on stats and I thought I just put it out here.

We do not think much about your stats when you join, since you will jump on a train where you get the stats boosted fast.
The only thing when it comes to stats would be if you are a high lvl player with really crap stats, cause that would just sink us down in battles too much. But low/medium lvls can have the worst stats ever, you will still be a useful asset in our syndicate. And as long as you provide dedication you´ll get stronger and richer.
High lvl players needs decent stats to not have a very high negative effect on the whole syndicate.
