There are actually five unranked players who more than covered the minimum damage but weren't ranked. Has anyone else seen this or know why it is?

It's just a display glitch. I've done enough dmg to qualify and gotten loot even tho I was marked as "unranked".

Get out of the game and then go back in. Oftentimes the data doesn't load properly until you do that.

Unless it's a glitch. But that never happens ...
