10 is max you can get. But each successful opening after 10/10 can give you extra units...

Last one of these had players spending 2-3000 gems and not getting 10. Hope this one is a little more forgiving. Anyone wants to swap, jump by rangers and spread the wealth.

To encourage more gem spending, the timer for the box event takes more than 1 hour to count down the hour.
It took over 70 minutes for my timer to count down the 60 minutes.

They want more gems spent, they should let us go beyond the 10 to help out on guild quest portion.

- not fixed. One hour Timer still varies between 61 and 73 minutes.
- no explanation, not even the standard message of passing it along to the developers

No gems spent on this quest.
