how to collect shadow uzis more effectively?

I just wanna know how to collect them. Does robbing give them? And is it true that high-energy job has a better than job rate?

All I know is that fighting doesn't get them. Done 60 fights not one Uzi :-(

i mostly collect from LTQ events :)

You only get Uzis by completing jobs. I find that the more energy a job requires the higher the chance of getting an uzi drop.
