Was wondering if there is a tried and true strategy for completing the epic raid boss event.

Wait for a listing of how many hits for begginer normal and elite and calculate the farthest your syndicate can go with the amount of weapons you have. I'm sure some will overlap as last time so watch for that

imo communication is most important.. First few bosses should be done by your weakest players (to keep stronger people ready and with full HP to force attack stronger bosses)..
then move on and appoint people to bosses, and once things get tough.. use all force because you'll have to.

Limit your officers so people don't call bosses for them selves. Only call bosses needed for the goals until you get no further. Then farm bosses that majority can one hit for te necessary points for a prize. Be happy with your awesome stat gain. Cry when gree take half of that away!

Look at reapers chart of the levels that match up, and tell your syndicate to always hit the lowest level, weather normal or elite. It will always match up.
