A good visual representation of stat inflation? Potential fix?

This caught my eye a bit. These are the rewards for the scratchers. Look at the Gold payout Vs Unit payout for each tier. Is this what we should expect the units to be priced? Is this really a visual representation of Stat inflation? Could we see these types of Gold to Stat Ratios inmplimented in the store at some point? Viewa and Opinions welcome!
