any streak teams out there for low level accounts?

EDIT, stats now lvl 33, 1.5/1.6 + after completion of boss event.

I have a lvl 29 currently at 1.1m+ stats (faction boosted). Am potentially considering joining/creating/ or just learning more info about low level streak teams depending on the right opportunities.
