Will I get my account back if????

I unfortunately have to send in my nexus 7 to repair its failed battery. But the technicians are going to swipe all the data to be able to fix it. Is it the same as a factory reset or is it different and will delete my game with no way to get it back?? I can't back up the data 'cause i can't even turn the frickin thing on.:(

Fill out a support ticket and mail it to YOURSELF - all that data is what they need to find your account!

Your game is linked with your ID. I'm pretty sure if you sent a request to transfer your game to he new device they would be able to without needing the old one. None of your character information is stored on your device. The only thing that ties that account to that device is the device address or whatever it's called (gotta love mornings). Check with support before hand though, but to me it sounds like it's do-able.

email your id and your syndicate id to yourself. That way you always have it.

Btw, send a ticket with the old character's information and the new one which comes up when u download the game after repair...... they will get your account back..... But it takes time.

this had happened to me too... and i could get my account back in 2-3 days :D
