I see so many guilds in top 15 - 25 getting destroyed because they are being stolen by the top 10 guilds. so the top player (one with most gems) will be pulled to the top 10 and the top 25 will lose their chance to be in top 10 or even top 25. when the top player leaves the guild, everyone else follow, leaving the guild destroyed. this means the top 10 guild will always and remain in the top 10. the top 25 guild will be disbanded. i can see why people just go to the top 10 guild. its because they are so tired of wasting $200 for an outdated legendary+ armor.

Why not make 2 kind of GW.
one that is gem-based. purely money, team auction. (current reward system)
one that is strategy-based. players will be judged by their activeness, more loyalty, strategically choosing players from different timezone or just entirely 1 timezone. no gems, just free war.
strategy-based war will only get epic for top 5. maybe non+

you can only join 1 guild. the guild can only participate in type of gw of those
i can see a lot of guild hating when people get pulled into a guild.
also, take note that guilds can only have max of 40 members.

there are some people willing to spend money, and there are some people not considering spending money.

those people who dont consider spending money will go to the free war.
it doesnt change anything

also, by having gemspenders on just war. everyone will think they have a chance and keep spending money. because all the person in that guild are gem spender. well that is, if you accept a gemspender in your guild.

btw. these guild wars will co-exist. so while the gem-based war is running, the strategy war is running at same time the gem war is

this is an interesting idea and as a free player, i would love for it to be implemented.

The possible leakage of spenders into the non-spender war would affect Gree's bottomline.

Good idea but needs to be termed differently so that it doesn't dilute the guild war impact (money for gree).

Perhaps a skirmishes / raid concept or something similar where there is a cap on gems (e.g 10 gems per member) so that gree still makes some money.

Skirmish is launched between two guilds anytime between wars.

Capped gem spending but winning depends on guild strategy and strength. Note this means big guilds with more high level players who are all equipped with epics will still win. Perhaps have different goals - first to the flag type (kill 10000 minions etc). Or attack/ defense model. One group attacks and another defends (ie the players attack the first player until he looses then the next and the next, players that loose a battle or are asleep are out and can't attack).

These raids are then guild initiated and don't require the event type management effort from gree.
