How can I get my account back?

I lost my account trying to transfer devices a week ago and still have got no response from gree. I just bought a vault of gold so should be easy to link my account again. How long does it take to get a response?

send a request through the cc app, my account was mia for a week until I did that.

Nowadays it takes a while (5-9 days) due to the excessive tickets sent by adult crybabies.

Make sure you've already included the following info on your first ticket for an expedited recovery:

1) Name of the account
2) Player ID
3) Proof of past purchases (if applicable)
4) New id on the fresh account so they can transfer over or make you a new funzio ID
5) Any relevant information linked to the account (e.g iph, hood, last log-in time, etc)
5) Tell them that you're a billionaire mogul (optional)

I'd recommend that you send in another ticket after 10-12 days with a notice of request to look at your previous ticket.

Yea I sent all that information with screenshot of the vault purchase I made on that account a week ago

Did you get the auto response e-mail? Did you check in the system to make sure the ticket was actually open?

I just got my account back but I would send them the same message because they didn't answer my first one I sent them, I think they answered my second or third message to them. Do not wait 10 days to send a message but like he said above you want to make sure you say the last time you logged in, last purchase and the account information along with the account information you want it transferred with

Glad you got it sorted. I had the same thing yesterday - Submitted a proper ticket and it was sorted within an hour. Can't fault the process at all.

What is the time scale turnover of tickets sent to HQ?

Coming up for nine days now to get my deleted game back.

I've sent all the information required, I haven't pestered them and still no reply.

I'm beginning to wonder if I've spent a very small fortune on an 8-bit game for the past year or so with a kick in the balls as a thank you.

Do admin, or whoever deals with questions have a back log?
