how to add signature and pic?

I have been on these forums for a while now, and I see many members that have signatures and pics, but my profile does not have those options open. Is this something that moderators or admin must grant privileges to use?

What I do is:
1. Go to your profile
2. Go to send private message
3. Look on the list of options on the left hand side as you scroll down and you will find it.

It looks like you figured out how to add a pic

Click Forum Actions > Edit Profile > Edit Signature.

You can add text here and use the IMG button to add a small photo that you have hosted somewhere on the internet.
