Lvl ten sltq not showing up

Hi all I got a question. I have a mini that's lvl 5 in my syndicate. It's been in there since yesterday. We just finished lvl ten of the sltq. And I got the splash screen saying in win the night vision rifle and 365,000 respect points. I got the respect points but did not get the rifle or the rifles stats. I've even triggered 2 boss events. What can I do.

Restart ur game.. its there ;)
Or ur too low lvl to participate and u get nothing ;)

i had a problem on the last raid boss. My whole syndicate got the demon rider apart from me.

Put a ticket explain situation wait patiently. Get knocked back.

Repeat process 11 times until you finally get the item.

At least that was my experince . Be warned you will have to be persistent.

We have had no such problems that I'm aware of, can still be happening without anyone noticing it tho. That would explain why it goes so slow for us even with massive amounts of gold.
