Gree support line??

Maybe instead of emails which the team doesn't even go in order to read, how about a help line, where they can do things for you in minutes, up to a day. You don't get !@#$% responses!! Mods what do you think.

To be honest I have never had any issues with the support team. A little slow but they must be busy pluging holes in the game.

Lucky they don't have a complaint line.

imagine 1 man taking 10,000 calls a day .. how much staff gree has in the customer service department specifically for this game? think we can count on fingers ..
