MODS HELP PLS , event boss kills not counting!

Would like some help pls our syn is on 14/15 on elite SLTQ and this afternoon all of a sudden 6 - 7 members notified us that the boss count meter was stuck on 22/49 , kills were not going past this. A lot of our members have submitted tickets for assistance but nothing yet. Would like a response or if any other syn has encountered this problem and has a solution to rectify it.

Only 2 days left so would like to get this sorted ASAP Thx.

it did that to some members in our syndicated, some could see 9/24 and the other were seeing 13/24 logged out and back in and it fixed it, some had to turn off phone ti fix it

Quite a few of us have already tryed switching off or reseting our devices with no success and 1 member has even tryed uninstalling then reinstalling but still nothing , but thx for the info anyways reticlover -)
